Our founder holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Leadership & Change Management from the University of Amsterdam. With a background in international recruitment across Europe—supporting companies of all sizes in a wide range of industries—he brings both depth and versatility to every search.

Having lived and worked in Barcelona for three years, he brings a global mindset and cross-cultural sensitivity to every partnership. That international experience has shaped the way we think about team dynamics, communication, and fit.
