  • Fixed monthly fee per active placement

  • No risk: you only pay while the candidate is employed

Executive Search – The Perfect Match for Key Positions

How it works:

  • Personal and in-depth search for medior, senior, and executive-level roles.

  • Exclusive access to a curated network of top-tier candidates

  • Phased delivery: longlist → shortlist → final placement

Fee:
20–25% of the candidate’s annual gross salary, invoiced in three equal installments:

  • 1/3 upon longlist delivery (≈ 15 top candidates)

  • 1/3 upon shortlist (2–5 candidates advancing to interviews)

  • 1/3 upon successful placement (includes probation‑period guarantee)

For companies needing a strong candidate immediately.

How it works:

  • Performance-based recruitment: you only pay upon successful placement

  • No upfront payment, no guarantee period

Fee:
25–30% of the candidate’s annual gross salary, paid only upon successful placement
